Hi Tim,
welcome to the forum.

The 1099 port is the JNDI service port where you can lookup JNDI.
>From what I understand you will have access via a web browser. In that case you need to use 8080 if nothing is changed.

If I'm wrong please describe a bit more what you are doing.
