This is an old obsolete forum meant to handle questions about the JBoss Portal project. The JBoss Portal project has since merged with eXo Portal to become the GateIn project.

Since you are dealing with JBoss EPP, if you have support you should really file a ticket with them. There is also the JPP community forums which you could try ( https://community.jboss.org/community/jbossjpp https://community.jboss.org/en/jbossjpp). But asking through support is still your best option.
