David, unfortunately Upload POJO is only for authoring time so rules and processes can be build and packaged for deployment. Then KnowledgeAgent is capable of deploying packaged rules and processes but it does not load the POJO jars so they must be provided on console classpath manually. That should be enhanced with version 6.
