Otherwise you will work on old reference.</p><p>If you are working with tasks you most likely need to run following method after you complete your task:</p><p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"> </p><pre class="jive-pre"><code class="jive-code jive-java">procesInstance = executionService.findProcessInstanceById(processInstance.getId());
