Also you say you have generated the forms with the Designer, but the screen shots you attached are  from </span><a class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://github.com/droolsjbpm/jbpm/tree/master/jbpm-gwt/jbpm-gwt-form/src/main/resources" target="_blank">https://github.com/droolsjbpm/jbpm/tree/master/jbpm-gwt/jbpm-gwt-form/src/main/resources</a><span>, so you must have uploaded them to Guvnor manually? </span></p><p>Would be nice if you could step-by-step describe your setup so someone can try to reproduce.</p></div>
