Question about how to add user to assign and execute human task

At first, a user task node 's <span class="emphasis"><em>ActorId </em></span> I  fill in  "john",</p><p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"> </p><p>and  I can use john login console and see personal task.
