<div class="jive-rendered-content"><p>Dear All,</p><p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"> </p><p>I'm actually trying to get to the point where I've got a Seam 2 demo with Icefaces 3 and Icemobile working. However, they need JSF 2, and so I thought I'd go for a Seam 2.3 build. I couldn't even get anywhere near looking at Icefaces, because a simple Seam 2.3 project created by JBoss Tools would not deploy to AS7.1.1.Final, with the problems at these links:</p><p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"> </p><p><a class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=828828" target="_blank">https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=828828</a></p><p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"> </p><p><a class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-11490" target="_blank">https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-11490</a></p><p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"> </p><p>Does anyone know of a workaround or solution to this problem?</p><p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"> </p><p>Also, the seam-gen for 2.3 is documented as being broken at the moment, regarding Hibernate jars, so does anyone know how to get Seam 2.2.2.Final up and going with JSF 2, so I can try out Icefaces 3?</p><p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"> </p><p>Many thanks,</p><p>Jonathan.</p></div>
