<div class="jive-rendered-content"><p><span>Is this the same issue as </span><a class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://issues.jboss.org/browse/SNOWDROP-66" target="_blank">https://issues.jboss.org/browse/SNOWDROP-66</a><span>  I just created concerning EAP 6.1 ?</span></p><p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"> </p><p>Is it possible to make the codebase support the previous API and auto-detect transparently ?  This way there is no breakage or special caveats about having the correct version of SNOWDROP for the correct AS.  The latest version would continue to work on AS7 and EAP6 series for all users.</p><p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"> </p><p>Otherwise wouldn't this be a major version number change for the SNOWDROP project?</p></div>
