[jbosstools-dev] birt dependencies ?

At the time, we need only birt-wtp-integration-sdk-2_3_0.zip for 
building jboss tools.
We can remove all the birt dependencies because the JBoss Hibernate ODA 
driver depends only on the datatools project (and hibernate tools).
The JBoss BIRT feature also includes a facet listener that depends on 
wtp only. The dependencies on birt-wtp-integration-sdk-2_3_0.zip were 
necessary before fixing

I will remove this dependency after 3.0.0 alpha is released.
