[jbosstools-dev] Version number bumping..

Yes, this controlled by each plugin's manifest and each feature's 
feature.xml.... so we'll need to change each plugin/feature. Make sure 
when changing to keep the 4th version empty so the "2008xxxx-nightly" 
tag can be appended correctly.
