[jbosstools-dev] why is xulrunner in our targetplatform ?

I commented out those lines and now things start building - verified by Andre in DeltaCloud too.

There might be some scenario this is used but I honestly can't think of a reason to have our our content in the target platform
so I have committed it out so things at least build locally. 

Remember to rebuild target platform to see the effect after an update!
