[jbosstools-dev] GWT is still included in Hudson builds even though GWT is not available for Indigo

Hi,

I can't easily see where we need to remove gwt from the build setup.

As an attempt to actually get the builds not complaining about missing GWT parts i've removed it (by commenting it out) from 

build/pom.xml and build/aggregate/site/site.xml

Nick - if there are other places one need to look to exclude a component from the build it would be great to know ;)
