[jbosstools-dev] GWT is still included in Hudson builds even though GWT is not available for Indigo

target files just declare our dependencies to external eclipse bundles and they only contain google's GWT.
Nothing about our gwt (i.e. org.jboss.tools.gwt)

The build of our projects does therefore still fail since it tries to build org.jboss.tools.gwt which then by it missing in the target platform 
can't resolve its dependencies.

And therefore I've now tried to remove the last references I could find to it. We'll see once hudson start building again.
