[jbosstools-dev] Adding BrowserSim to the JBoss Tools Update Site

No, creation of source features is manual. See JBIDE-8838.

However, once source features are created, maintaining them in order to 
have them generate source PLUGINS automatically is fairly trivial.

For now, just ignore the comment in site.xml - I should have added an 
"if applicable" or "this is currently just for Nick" to that comment. :)
