[jbosstools-dev] JBoss Tools 3.3.0.M5 bits available for QE testing

It is simply an aggregation of the prebuilt binaries, but if it spins at 
noon and gets AS build #nnn and the aggregate started spinning at 
11:30am and gets AS build #nnn-1, then they won't align.

So, in theory, yes, they'll have the same bits but it's possible to get 
out of synch.
