I see the following problems in the log from hudson:
java.lang.RuntimeException: Bundle org.jboss.tools.cdi.text.ext.test is 
not found
java.lang.RuntimeException: Bundle org.jboss.tools.cdi.ui.test is not found

Works fine locally in tycho build. Something wrong with hudson build?

Some errors occurred during test project setup for build 350. But in the 
next 351 build all the test passed:
