[jbosstools-dev] Weird bug in MavenLibraryProviderInstallOperation

What you describe doesn't work for me on Win7 (haven't tried on other 
platforms). Original template is saved in that folder without the user 
changes.
I created https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-11496 to follow up on this.
