[jbosstools-dev] CR1 respin-c status - on hold due to test failures and 34 unresolved issues

Due to a number of freshly-failing tests, I'm going to hold off on
publishing a respin-c (4.0.0.CR1c / 6.0.0.CR1c) build today, until
someone can have a look at the issues.

test failure in
org.jboss.tools.seam.ui.test.jbide.JBide3989Test.testJBide3989 (from
org.jboss.tools.seam.ui.test.SeamUiAllTests) : The quickfix "Set Seam
Properties" doesn't exist.

Note that I've tagged these 2 issues as BOTH respin-c AND respin-d,
because I don't know if we can get them into "c" or "d".
