[jbosstools-dev] JBoss Tools 3.3.0.Beta1b bits available for QE testing

As always, these are not FINAL bits, but preliminary results for QE 
testing. Not for redistribution to customers.

THIS BUILD DOES NOT INCLUDE SOA TOOLING, WHICH IS STILL PENDING.
