[jbosstools-dev] requirements.properties are highly deprecated

Hello,

Everything related to requirements/ folder or requirements.properties
has been removed from parent pom and (trunk) CI jobs and SVN. Instead
configuration for integration tests can directly be found and customized
in the pom.xml for each test.
Any trouble can be reported by re-opening JBIDE-11714.

Cheers,
