[jbosstools-dev] Stable branch jobs disabled until needed

CR1a is off to QE (though there may very well be a CR1b shortly), so 
I've turned off all the stable branch component and aggregate jobs.

This means if you commit anything to the 33x or 50x branches, you'll 
need to re-enable all the affected jobs in order for your fix to be 
picked up (or let me know so I can do it for you).
