[jbosstools-dev] N&N and Marketplace updated

http://docs.jboss.org/tools/whatsnew/ now contains latest version from trunk N&N

Please let me know if you see any issues.

And i've updated Eclipse Market place for JBT (http://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/jboss-tools-indigo) to include:

<iu>org.jboss.tools.maven.jpa.feature</iu>
<iu>org.jboss.tools.maven.profiles.feature</iu>

but not 

<iu>org.jboss.tools.struts.feature</iu>

which i'm a bit surprised is still inside abridged.

Please try out install from eclipse marketplace and let me know if you find any issues.
