[jbosstools-dev] Please don't add external libraries without warning or checks

Hi Max,

I use the xmlunit library in bpel bot tests. And no, it's not necessary to do that in such a way. 
I just considered the way how a library can be used by more plugins (swt bots).
Anyway, I plan to embed the library into bot plugin.

I just noticed trunk/bpel/tests/org.jboss.tools.bpel.ui.bot.test.lib have been added.

Why are we adding a full plugin to embed xmlunit ?

Is this really necessary ?

And why is the project named "libs" in .project ? should be org.jboss.tools.bpel.ui.bot.test.lib, right ?
