That has not changed nor moved functionality wise.

And by changing it you changed history too - which is why I changed it back since its wrong.

If anything a *new* soa runtime detection runtime component should be done, but I don't see great value in that, but if you really want such I'm ok for that - but that is an *add* not a rename.
