[jbosstools-dev] Beta2 respin-a delayed due to target platform problems and jenkins restart

Due to target platform & parent pom tweaks which didn't go QUITE as
planned, and a server outage tonight I hadn't anticipated...

I will attempt to get respin-a done today, if not tonight EOD (after 4pm 
Toronto time / 10pm Brno time).

So... more time to fix things and tag them with the "respin-a" label.
