[jbosstools-dev] Upcoming target platform based on Kepler SR1 (RC1/RC2)

Could we please do the deed as outlined in https://github.com/maxandersen/jbosstools-target-platforms/blob/tp_process/docs/updates_to_targetplatform_process.adoc ?
(yes, this should get moved over to devdoc, but bare with me ;)

i.e. link to jira with the TP pullrequest so it is easy to review. Comment on ?

"mainly consist", "some pieces" makes my 'BS' detector go off.
