Yes, that's exactly what happened.

When we release a respin-x to dev milestone, I:

* delete Beta1, Beta1a
* rename Beta1b to Beta1

We only keep the last respin of a milestone once it's pushed to release. 
And once the Final / GA is out, the pre-GA / pre-Final builds will 
vanish too.
