[jbosstools-dev] Release of Target-Platfroms 4.30.5.Alpha + New process and documentation

Actually, the next TP iteration (4.30.5.Alpha2-SNAPSHOT) will fix a 
number of issues / change content as follows:

a) move from Kepler M5 & Eclipse 4.3.M5a to Kepler M6
b) addition of mockito and festassert (JBIDE-12971, JBIDE-12972)
c) fixes related to Jetty (JBIDE-13736, JBIDE-13712)
d) fixes related to Atlassian (JBIDE-13682)
