Ok. I'll look into using more existing bundles to cut down the number of jars. Thanks for the feedback guys!

Actually, the platform does provide bundles for commons functionality (e.g. lang and collections) and wsdl4j (javax.wsdl). 





It seems to me that bundle "org.eclipse.wst.wsdl" provides a facade for wsdl4j or some similar feature. Could this be used instead of a nested jar?
