Yes! Here's how I have one filter set up in Zimbra:

If any of the following conditions are met:
   	From contains "Nick Boldt"
   	Subject contains "Work started:"
   	Subject contains "Assigned:"
   	Subject contains "Closed:"
   	From contains "(Closed)"
   	From contains "(Resolved)"

Perform the following actions:
   	File into folder "rhjboss-jira"
   	Stop (do not process additional filters)
