[jbosstools-dev] Upcoming change to Target Platform 4.40.Alpha1-SNAPSHOT: Luna M3

For future reference, there's also a README [1] on how to build, 
resolve, and validate the unified target platform, by using 
-DtargetRepositoryUrl= to point at your locally resolved multiple 
target platform's build folder:
