[jbosstools-dev] Batch Job Configuration editor

First PR must co contain full structure for submodule with features, 
tests and would be good to have itests as well with swt bot tests.

Slava, Alexey, if you have questions about how to add swt bot tests ask 
me or look at jbosstools-integration-tests.
