[jbosstools-dev] codefreeze for alpha2 this Thursday

Additionally, I've added the upcoming code freeze & milestone release 
dates (as currently planned) to JIRA:

Task JIRAs will go out Wed night so that everyone knows what needs to be 
done to branch for the upcoming 4.2.0.Alpha2 builds this weekend.
