[jbosstools-dev] Rhino and custom type definitions

Thank's Victor for your suggestion. Ok, I keep Rhino Tern server even if it
doesn't work on Eclipse IDE.

I think nashorn implementation should be a better than Rhino, but I think
code Tern server with  nahorm should will look like Tern Rhino code.
