[jbosstools-dev] Next TP require some immediate effort

An API change has happened in JDT Core from Luna M7. Some projects need 
to anticipate it and should work on preparing a patch for that now, so 
when we move to the newer target-platform, their will just be a prepared 
pull-request to merge in order to avoid breakage.
