[jbosstools-dev] Additional IU added to JBoss Central TP (for CR1)

Found an installation problem (thanks to our automated install tests, woo!)
which requires another PR for supporting SpringIDE 3.7 in JBoss Central for
JBoss Tools 4.3 / JBDS 9.
