[jbosstools-dev] ACTION REQUIRED: Test failures in CR1 builds MUST BE FIXED

Please fix your tests before the code freeze for CR1. All builds need
to be blue.

If your tests won't run consistently on Jenkins, we need to either
disable the tests because they produce meaningless results, or figure
out a way to make them NOT fail.
