[jbosstools-dev] User not able to leave comments in JIRA?

FYI: FUSETOOLS now use the ProjectRole permission scheme. Same as what 
JBoss Tools and about 64 other projects uses ;)

Meaning external users can now also open issue and add 
attachements/comments.

So a somewhat delayed welcome to open sourcing of FUSETOOLS :)
