[jbosstools-dev] Suggested change for 4.42.0.Beta1-SNAPSHOT TP: Luna SR2 RC4

Eclipse Luna SR2 RC4 (to be promoted as Luna SR2 next week, unless 
critical issue is found) has been staged today. We'd like to update the 
4.42.0.Beta1-SNAPSHSOT Target-Platforms ASAP.
