[jbosstools-dev] New org.jboss.tools.foundation.checkup plugin

Hi,

I just merged a PR for https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-19500 ( A 
warning dialog if we detect JBT/JBDS is run on unsupported JVM)
This PR introduces a new plugin in foundation (jbosstools-base repo): 
*org.jboss.tools.foundation.checkup* which is a requirements for 
o.j.t.foundation.core which means it's a requirements for almost every 
JBT plugin.
So don't be surprised if your dev workspace is not compatible any more 
after jbosstools-base pull from master ;)
