[jbosstools-dev] Parent pom 4.3.0.Beta2-SNAPSHOT reverted to use Tycho 0.22.0 (was Re: Fwd: [tycho-user] Tycho milestone 0.23.0 released)

Due to problems building JBT aggregate [1], [2] I have reverted parent 
pom 4.3.0.Beta2-SNAPSHOT to use Tycho 0.22.0.
