[jbosstools-dev] ACTION REQUIRED: please use the latest JBT 4.3.0.Alpha2 parent pom in your root pom

In order to be able to build Alpha2 correctly using the new dir 
structure (JBDS-3206), we need to have everyone bump their root poms to 
use the Alpha2 parent pom.
