Last night I was talking with Rob on Skype (would be so much easier if 
we used irc so I could link to the conversation ;)
and we came to the same conclusion but we called it

org.jboss.tools.wtp.launchbar instead. Simpler and actually using wtp 
not wst in name (I assume that was a typo ;)

And yes, since this feature is completely isolated from the user - there 
are nothing persisted, everything is "throwaways" we should
be able to trivially remove this once/if/when WTP adds support for this.

I also said since launchbar is an optional thing and something you need 
to manually enable we could just as well include
it in our server tools and not make it complicated and put it in 
central.
