[jbosstools-dev] Proposed changes to target platform 4.60.0.Alpha1-SNAPSHOT: Jetty 9.3.5 and Docker Tooling 1.2

Only -Dtpc.ytargetKind=multiple is required to verify target platform after
it is built locally, because it is already configured as 4.60.0.Alpha1-SNAPSHOT
in parent pom.
