[jbosstools-dev] components without leads causing jiralint issues

Hi,

I noticed jiralint hadn't complained a while about the 44 issues with no 
fix versions.

Turns out it been failing for a some weeks (last one 
https://jenkins.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/hudson/job/jbosstools-jiralint-weekly/351/)
due to components being created without leads.

I haven't seen any announcements on these components: versionwatch, 
marketplace, install-tests

So not sure where they are coming from but sounds like things Nick would 
be keeping an eye
on so added Nick for now. Nick, if these are not components you created 
to lead then
lets remove them or find out who did actually create them.

For now jiralint is running again and you should be notified when issues 
goes non-triaged.
