[jbosstools-dev] Update to SWTBot 2.4.0 for 4.60.x Target-Platform

Hi all,

In the context of https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-22253 , I've 
updated the 4.60.x target-platform (that we're using to build JBT 
4.4.0.Alpha1) to use a newer version of SWTBot which includes many small 
fixes.
