Sorry this took so long! Kept having problems creating the new
Mars.2.RC1 mirror as Eclipse kept updating it, causing the mirror
process to crash. :D

Anyway, it's updated now, and I've updated the PRs too, plus attached
p2diffs for JBT, JBDS, and Central to this JIRA:

Looks pretty obvious and straightfoward, so I've merged these PRs.

Working on PRs for the 4.50.x and 4.60.x branches now.
