that plugin "org.eclipse.core.runtime.compatibility" should not be 
included. that is something Teiid need to fix.

This api was there for Eclipse 2.0 compatibility - it is code that we 
should not use the last 10+ years.

It was officially deprecated and mark for removal 3 years ago: 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=394739

this should not have been "fixed" by letting it in again IMO.
