[jbosstools-dev] 4.4.x branches have been moved to 4.4.0.x so that master can be used for 4.4.1.* work

The remaining branches have been renamed too, for build, build-ci,
build-sites, maven-plugins, dl.jb.org, discovery, versionwatch,
devdoc, and the devstudio-* projects too.

I did not rename the jbosstools-integration-tests repo, which still
has a 4.4.x branch.
