[jbosstools-dev] FYI - splitting up the "common/jst/core" component in JIRA

Hi,

Having "jst" separated makes things clearer IMHO.
However, I find a bit tricky to understand the distinction between 
"foundation" and "common", and I also question the need to have a 
distinction.
